Riot's official card gallery now shows 59 of Radiance's 167 main-set cards, so 108 are still hidden and previews run until Oct 9. There are also 23 showcase printings to look at.
The cards everyone's talking about

Neeko, Blending In (RAD 167/167), the first neutral Champion Unit.
Neeko, Blending In. If Neeko is in your deck, you choose three extra Legends, and when you play her, one of them joins your Legend Zone while she's on the board. She's Riftbound's first neutral-domain Champion Unit, so any deck can run her. Trackers call her the first card to bend the one-Legend rule.

Ekko's Legend, Boy Who Shattered Time.
Ekko, Boy Who Shattered Time + Chronobreak. You pay 1 Energy and tap Ekko's Legend to Empower it. Later, you tap it again to disempower him, and the next unit you play that turn costs 2 Energy and 1 Power less. The catch is that the unit dies at end of turn. His reveal thread on Reddit mostly asked "why is he red?", and players can't agree on whether the two-step setup is too slow. His signature Chronobreak is a replay engine: pay any amount of Power, banish that many of your units, and play them straight back for free.

Chronobreak, Ekko's signature spell.
Seraphine, Starry-Eyed Songstress. When you play a spell, you can exhaust Seraphine and three friendly units to make that spell cost 2 less. Her Champion Unit, Not Alone, makes 1-Might Recruit tokens and gets +1 Might for every other exhausted unit you control, so the two cards look made for each other. She's also on the box art and in the Showdown Decks.

Seraphine's Legend (151/167).
Ziggs, Hexplosives Expert. For 1 Energy, 1 Power and a tap, Ziggs puts a Bomb gear token on a battlefield. Bombs have Deploy. When one dies, it deals 2 to an enemy there and also kills your other Bombs there, which Riot calls a chain reaction. His signature, Hexplosive Minefield, kills any number of your Bombs and then brings the same number back on a single battlefield at end of turn.

Ziggs' Legend, the Bomb factory.
K'Sante's debut. He was the only HEARTSTEEL member without a Riftbound card, and now he has three. Pride of Nazumah gives a unit Assault equal to its Shield for a turn. Ntofo Strikes gives a unit Shield 2 and then deals damage equal to its Shield to an enemy unit. K'Sante, Courageous (Accelerate, Shield 2) channels a rune every time he holds.

Hunker Down. This Reaction readies a friendly unit, stops it from moving this turn, and draws you a card. Creators love how flexible it is.

Hunker Down, a Calm Reaction.
Kai'Sa, Rebel. She has Disarm, which gives an enemy -1 Might when she attacks, and during a showdown your spells gain Reaction.

Legends and signatures so far
Six of the nine Legends are in the gallery. Ekko, Ziggs, K'Sante and Jarvan IV each have a Legend and a signature. Orianna (Lady of Clockwork) and Seraphine only have their Legends so far. Riven's signature gear Blade of the Exile is out, but her Legend isn't in the gallery yet.
Jarvan IV shows off Deploy best. Exemplar of Demacia moves a friendly unit to a battlefield whenever you play a Deploy gear there, and Demacian Standard gives an attacker there +2 Might.

Showcase and chase
Collectors already have a lot to chase: eight alt arts, overnumbered Legends for Ziggs, Orianna, K'Sante, Seraphine and Jarvan IV (Riot says these also come in artist-signed versions), all six HEARTSTEEL band members (178–183/167), SP Kai'Sa and Seraphine, and the first alt-art Runes.

What people are speculating about (unconfirmed)
These are fan theories and unconfirmed leaks. Riot hasn't confirmed any of them.
- The Ultimate Rare. Riot has confirmed it's the rarest one yet, at about 0.025% of packs, and it's expected around the Oct 5 update. Which card it will be is still anyone's guess.
- The missing Legends. A Reddit screenshot seems to show a Riven Legend, "The Exile." An Evelynn Legend has reportedly been seen in Chinese print. Riot hasn't shown either.
- 180 vs. 167. Riot announced "180 cards (66 Showcase)," but the cards are numbered out of 167, and fans still can't make those numbers match.
- More showcases. Riot has teased Special cards in the style of Vendetta's Crystal Rose treatment for later in previews.
